Hi, I’m Alex.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist practicing (virtually) in California, Illinois, and Missouri.

I provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. My practice supports clients through various life stages and challenges, with specialized expertise in perinatal mental health and neurodivergence.

My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and tailored to meet your unique needs. In my work with clients, I pull from various evidence-based therapy modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, somatic psychotherapies, and self-compassion work. My goal is to empower you to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, self-compassion, and lasting change.
